Top Domestic Ethics & Compliance Executive develops, directs, and promotes the organization's global ethics and compliance function. Designs and develops programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and to establish high ethical standards of conduct for the organization. Being an Top Domestic Ethics & Compliance Executive ensures that policies reflect domestic and international legal requirements and industry-specific codes governing ethical standards and comply with transparency reporting requirements. Communicates the organization's ethical standards with messaging and deliver employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Top Domestic Ethics & Compliance Executive monitors compliance with policies and investigates and remediates any non-compliant actions. Responsible for maintaining confidential reporting systems allowing employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's ethical standards, violations of law, or policies without fear of retaliation. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. May require the Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)certification. Typically reports to top management. The Top Domestic Ethics & Compliance Executive manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Top Domestic Ethics & Compliance Executive typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     A young family of six in Aspen, Colorado, is looking for an adaptable and organized Executive Housekeeper to join their household team. The role requires a detail-oriented, dependable person who can thrive in a collaborative, active household environment. 

    The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in either private residences or premium hospitality settings, with a knack for efficient teamwork and maintaining the household's standards. The position occasionally necessitates working during evenings and weekends, with a focus on adaptability to the family's schedules. Flexibility is key! This is a caring and generous family that ensures their team feels appreciated and happy in their positions.

    • Full-time, live-out
    • Tuesday-Saturday OR Sunday-Thursday (must be flexible to work either shift)
    • Schedule: Either 9am-5pm or 11am-7pm (must be flexible to work either shift)
    • Start Date: ASAP
    • Local Colorado-based candidates are preferred but the client will consider someone out of the area if they have strong ties to Colorado

     Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Work well with team members to facilitate the cleanliness and order of the family’s home
    • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employer, family members, staff, and guests
    • Perform daily housekeeping duties to the highest standard of service 
    • Execute seasonal, deep cleaning projects, and scheduled housekeeping tasks
    • Care for fine furnishings, art, accessories, china, crystal, and silver as requested/directed with appropriate cleaning products 
    • Maintain inventories and replenish supplies as needed
    • Organize closets, cupboards and storage areas as needed or requested
    • Wash laundry, hand wash special items, iron garments and bedding, execute minor clothing repairs – fine laundry skills are VIP!
    • Assist with household guests and ensuring they are set up comfortably
    • Help set up and break down events and dinner parties
    • Help serve at dinner parties
    • Run errands as requested and pick up the mail 
    • Greet vendors and guests 
    • Help with special projects as needed
    • Light pet care

     Job Requirements and Qualifications:

    • 7 years of hands-on experience in a large private home or in luxury hotels or yachts
    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
    • Must be familiar with Colorado cold/snow and used to navigating snowy weather and road conditions
    • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Excellent references from past employers
    • Fluent in English and an effective communicator
    • Must be able to work flexible shifts that may include weekends and evenings on occasion
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
    • Physical stamina and mobility, including ability to reach, kneel, squat, crouch, bend and crawl. Ability to lift, push and pull required load (approximately 30 lbs.)
    • Ability to work well with existing team and to work independently as needed 

    Compensation:

    • $55 per hour | DOE
