We are looking for a MDS coordinator to round out the team, this is with a 170 bed SNF. This is an excellent opportunity to level up with an award winning facility, 5 star staffing, TOP-Tier Comp package that will put the right candidate at the top of the MDS Market and in a nice newer facility. Lots of support for the the MDS.

MDS coordinator:

• Current OH RN/ LVN licensing
• RAC-CT certification a plus
• 2 years previous MDS experience in a SNF
• MDS Experience in Short-term rehab setting a plus
• Team player with leadership skills / strong communication
