Overview:
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant and Right-Hand Person to support the CEO and company leaders. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, problem solver, and multitasker, with exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure that our executives can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives, and also provide personal/family assistant duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the executive’s communications organized so they can easily access the most important information without having to sort through low-priority items
- Screen all visitors and determine what level of support they need while offering polite, professional customer service
- Manage the executive’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, writing itineraries, and arranging for transportation and travel
- Provide support for multiple business endeavors, including a start-up company, multiple rental properties, and vehicle rentals
- Assist property managers as needed and handle any other day-to-day issues that may arise
- Provide secondary personal assistant duties as needed for three children (ages 9, 14, and 18 older 2 pretty self-sufficient), including school pickups and drop-offs, driving to and from various activities, grocery shopping, meal prep, and occasionally sleeping at the home with the 9-year-old if parents are traveling or busy
Requirements:
- Three to five years prior experience in supporting a CEO, senior executive, or team
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and QuickBooks
- Real estate background is a major plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Verbal and written communication, and proofreading skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
