Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our e-commerce business and make a significant impact. Responsibilities: - Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms - Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock availability - Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing to maximize sales - Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive pricing strategies - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues - Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging e-commerce technologies Experience: - Previous experience in e-commerce or related field preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven ability to sell products effectively online - Basic math skills for pricing calculations and inventory management - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Customer service experience in a retail or e-commerce setting is a plus - Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a bonus for serving multilingual customers - Familiarity with technology sales, wireless sales, or related industries is advantageous Join our team as an E-commerce Specialist and be part of a dynamic company that values innovation and growth.
