Split Shift Opening - 10am - 6pm

We're currently looking to fill our open Fulfillment E-commerce role at our Specialty division. This role focuses on our kit packaging and ensures customers are receiving accurate pieces. This individual will perform a variety of duties to prepare product for shipment.

• Ensure individual customer specifications are followed.
• Ability to enter data into ERP system.
• Allocate and generate daily orders/packing slips in ERP.
• Fulfill each part per order by bin location.
• Pull and package according to order.
• Ability to answer questions through email or phone from sales.
• Place Inventory from overrun into specified inventory.
• Effectively communicate specific job requirements for each shift.
• Ensure accuracy of Kit Pack counting and packing.
• Conduct in-process team audits for quality, labor reporting, safety, restrictions and ergonomic awareness and work instructions.
• Facilitate the flow on line to ensure efficient and quality processing of work orders.
• Set-up, monitor, and evaluate the production line in an efficient and effective configuration, making real-time adjustments as necessary.
• Prepare kits for the First Piece Approval.
• Communicate necessary information to sales team regarding quality to ensure inventory is adjusted.
• Properly record all necessary information on labor reporting system, i.e. QA forms, job ticket and move tags.
• Perform any necessary finishing functions, i.e. counting, pick ticket quantities, pop out parts from cut sheets, hand apply, bag, kit pack, box, shrink wrap, operate material handling equipment and move product.
• Run weekly report, dump inventory and recycle as needed.
• Ability to work within ERP System associated with Pick and Pack and running a line.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Outlook, and Internet Explorer
• Maintain a keen focus on quality standards
• Familiarity with departmental and company safety, housekeeping, and PPE protocols
• Competence in entering necessary data into the ERP system

The compensation structure is determined based on several factors, including the position, skills, level of experience, job-specific requirements, and the location of the position.
