Hello Boutique is an established e-commerce company in the women's apparel market. We have a store and warehouse in the Whitneyville section of Hamden and are in need of a Warehouse Team Member.
The job requires excellent attention to detail in order to pick, pack and ship the correct products to customers. There will also be detail-oriented administrative work involving entering received merchandise into our inventory system and entering issues into our issue tracking system. Problem solving skills are important.
Frequent light lifting (up to 30 pounds) and occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) is required when receiving and stocking merchandise. Trips up and down stairs while carrying light boxes is also required.
Providing customer service through phone and email is also part of this position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required in order to effectively communicate with our customers and vendors.
