We're in search of a Director of Operations who will oversee a fast-growing Austin Texas based CPG brand. This person has oversight of operations and personnel across production, purchasing, warehouse, and shipping. As the organization dramatically scales, the Director of Operations will ensure we have efficient systems, processes, and staffing to support our rapid growth.
This person must lead with humility, be helpful, and possess strong organizational skills. They will take an empowering, people-centric approach to managing teams and will partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement systems for accountability, development, and recognition.
While this is a confidential search, we will ensure that you have an in-depth tour of our office/warehouse and have an opportunity to speak with key leadership team members regarding the position. Our compensation range for this role is $115K - $135K annual salary which is based on several factors including experience, education and industry credentials.
