Evaluates and recommends e-commerce investments & initiatives and leads the development of business cases and marketing plans. Being a Top E-commerce Executive identifies opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue using data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, Top E-commerce Executive prioritizes and plans technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top E-commerce Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top E-commerce Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. - Liaison for Comment Sold to other Departments
- Work alongside Sew & Vac Media and Maiden Voyage
- Strategize & Analyze
- Create and follow SEO and Product Entry Format
- All Other Duties As Assigned
Job Responsibilities:- Oversee the look and feel of the My Girlfriend’s Quilt Shoppe website. (traffic, consistency, design, structure, and reporting)
- Generate projections and sales goals for online channels
- Manage the E-Commerce team
- Work hand in hand with the Marketing team in to match branding, improve quality and traffic acquisition.
- Analyze data to achieve KPI’s set with Sales and Marketing Manager
- Develop a content calendar for the website.
- Manage uploads and loading page development
- Attend weekly Sales and Marketing meetings
- Train employees and team members alike on Shopify
- Stay up to date on new Shopify developments and changes in the E-Commerce industry
Qualifications:- 1 Year of Experience and Knowledge with Shopify
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communications Skills
- Exemplary Mathematical and Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of Speed Optimization, AB Testing, Conversion Management, Traffic Analysis, and Search Engine Optimization.
