In the role of Business Development, Sales Executive, CWI will count on you to:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that will drive business development and sales for our firm in the South Florida market.
• Successfully engage and collaborate with various stakeholders such as ownership, architects, and contractors
• Client maintenance, lead generation and tracking
• Proposal preparation, negotiations, and presentations

Experience and qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in business development in the A/E/C industry, preferably within a civil/transportation engineering firm
• Is a proven producer with experience developing and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated computer proficiency.
• An attitude and commitment to being a leader and active participant of our Civil Works Team

Work schedule: Enjoy a four-day work week! Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On rare occasions, Fridays and/or weekend work may be needed, with ample notice provided.

Location: This is a full-time, in-office position that can be located in either our Plantation (Fort Lauderdale), or Miami (Doral) office.

Travel: This position will require travel throughout South Florida to various client meetings and events. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

• 80 hours of accrued vacation time

We specialize in assisting clients in the development of Florida's growing transportation, infrastructure, storm water control, environmental, commercial, residential, and recreational needs. Private sector client projects have included traffic studies and development plans for hotels, shopping centers, commercial and residential complexes.
