Summary: The function of the EHS Manager is to set the strategy and vision of the Environmental, Health, and Safety efforts to optimize the performance in EHS initiatives that assist in achieving the status of a world class organization. Will identify, manage, direct, and audit the systems required to limit risk factors leading to environmental incidents, compliance violations, job-related injury or illness, and property damage. Develop and implement a proactive EHS strategy that will drive the organization to become an environmentally sustainable entity. The EHS Manager will develop and implement location specific policies, procedures and programs that will advance the company’s Process Safety Management program. Ensure that compliance related activities such as environmental permits requirements, EHS training, are robust and maintained.
