Through our in-house platform and with over one hundred lending relationships, our goal is to provide our clients with the most competitive financing options available to grow their top and bottom lines.

This individual will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to close. Successful Advisors are effective in conducting business over the phone with a strong ability to convert warm, INBOUND, leads into repeat clients.

Understand client's business financial needs from an in-depth phone interview and then match with the appropriate working capital option.

Suggest and negotiate terms of funding deals.

Oversee the entire loan process from initial customer contact to closing of loan. Manage and maintain a growing and recurring book of business.

This is a commission-based position and has an earnings potential of 300K in your first year if you are a self-starter with a desire to succeed.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven ability to learn quickly and be detail oriented.

STRONG PHONE SKILLS

Self-motivated, highly organized and time management skills a MUST!

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

Previous experience in Sales, Business To Business Sales, Banking, Lending is preferred.

Salary: $22.96 - $27.65 per hour
