What is an Account Executive responsible for?
Proactively research and identify new business opportunities by scouring online platforms, directories, and databases
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls and emails daily to connect with potential clients
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by generating and qualifying leads
Develop and execute creative prospecting strategies to engage decision-makers and key stakeholders
Drive full-cycle sales processes from prospecting through closing deals
Present Top Echelon’s software solutions with confidence, tailoring the value proposition to the unique needs of each client
Meet and exceed monthly activity metrics, including calls, emails, meetings, and closed deals
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies
What makes you Top Echelon’s next Account Executive?
1-3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in a high-volume outbound sales role
Experience with SaaS platforms within the recruiting industry is highly preferred
Strong cold-calling skills with a demonstrated ability to engage prospects and overcome objections

Ability to work autonomously while staying highly organized and disciplined
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency with CRM tools for managing pipelines and tracking activity
