Top Global Ethics & Compliance Executive leads the overall development, direction, and promotion of the organization's global ethics and compliance function. Designs and develops programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and to establish high ethical standards of conduct for the organization. Being a Top Global Ethics & Compliance Executive ensures that policies reflect domestic and international legal requirements and industry-specific codes governing ethical standards and comply with transparency reporting requirements. Communicates the organization's ethical standards with messaging and delivers employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Top Global Ethics & Compliance Executive monitors compliance with policies and investigates and remediates any non-compliant actions. Responsible for maintaining confidential reporting systems allowing employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's ethical standards, violations of law, or policies without fear of retaliation. Job Responsibilities and Duties:
· Accountable for meeting or exceeding quarterly growth goals by crafting, implementing, and executing a strategic territory plan, targeting key enterprise markets and industries to close net-new business
· Ability to segment accounts into a growth and maintain strategy using CISO’s entire portfolio with specific focus on core business objectives
· Prospect and close new enterprise accounts as well as service existing assigned accounts to cross-sell additional products and solutions
· Deliver a predictable book of business with weekly and monthly forecast accuracy
· Master competitive offerings and differentiation
· Collaborate with VP of Sales to develop near-term and long-term strategic territory plans
· Experience and a natural ability to explain complex solutions at a high-level
· Build and maintain close relationships with key decision makers/stakeholders to understand needs and priorities of organization
· Successful history of leading all aspects of a technology sales cycle including prospecting, uncovering, qualifying, developing, and winning net-new white-space territories and accounts
· Work as a player-coach with Account Executive team members on large, complex opportunities
· Understand the importance of CRM hygiene, keeping updated notes for each deal to create a central repository for your account teams
· Ability to assist prospective clients through the buying process by providing valuable insights that may include on-site or video demos/executive meetings
· Experience in performing onsite and virtual discovery calls and demos that include diagnosis on prospects pains/problems, skillfully determining a fit for CISO’s solution or service, and assisting them at every stage of the buyer’s journey
· Set and manage appropriate prospect or client expectations regarding proposed solution from presale, sales, and post-delivery
· Able to uncover, understand, and navigate enterprise purchasing process, tactically gaining insight on departments and people involved
· Strong experience in creating, and presenting, technical service and consulting agreements through working with service teams
Skillset:
· Ability to conduct B2B executive-level presentations
· A history of success selling into enterprise accounts

Requirements:
· BS degree or equivalent
· 5 years sales experience, preferred in solution selling at enterprise level accounts
· Deep understanding of current cybersecurity technologies and compliance frameworks, as well as competitive landscape.
· Ability to engage and building relationships with variety of technical leaders at the executive level with a track record of closing deals in excess of six and seven figures
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong operational excellence in tools like Hubspot, Netsuite, or Salesforce
