Develops plans, policies, and teams to build relationships and liaise with government entities (federal, state, provincial, or local) that regulate or influence business activities. Being a Top Government Affairs Executive (Federal Level) directs ongoing monitoring and analysis of proposed legislation, emerging issues, and trends to determine the potential impact on the organization. Collaborates with industry groups and organizations with complementary objectives to achieve objectives. Additionally, Top Government Affairs Executive (Federal Level) creates communication vehicles and delivers messaging to inform and support business leaders. Requires a bachelor's degree in public policy, public administration, business or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Top Government Affairs Executive (Federal Level) manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact.   • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

    Job Description:

    Executive Support

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising discretion and professionalism in all interactions.

    Travel Coordination

    • Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa processing, ensuring seamless travel experiences for the COO.
    • Coordinate logistics for domestic and international travel, including visa applications, currency exchange, and travel insurance.

    Contract Knowledge

    • Maintain a centralized repository of contracts, tracking key milestones and deadlines to facilitate proactive contract management.

    Administrative Support

    • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports on behalf of the COO, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion, demonstrating a high level of integrity and professionalism.

    Special Projects

    • Support the COO in ad-hoc projects and initiatives, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in addressing evolving business needs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and project execution.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience as an executive assistant supporting executives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with contract management software preferred.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
