We are looking for a motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to support Apple’s Vice President of Government Affairs, Senior Director of EPSI and the Director of EPSI. You are focused and willing to work seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure our leaders and their teams are functioning smoothly and efficiently. You are a collaborative team member with a friendly work style, who can multi-task, prioritize and take initiative. You are at the top of your field, bringing years of administrative experience.

    Description

    Support day-to-day needs of the Vice President, Senior Director and Director, ensuring their days run smoothly by effectively managing their time to have the greatest impact on the day. Intense calendar management, organizing meetings across multiple time zones - in person and virtually. Book and maintain complex travel schedules, domestic & international and process expense reports as needed. Plan, coordinate and communicate team events such as group meetings, team building events, off-sites and all hands meetings. Tech savvy to support the overall team with ad hoc and daily requests. Submit purchase requests/orders and maintain overall invoice tracking for the team, be a point of contact for Finance. Collaborate across the team on multiple calendars and weekly staff agendas. Actively be involved in Facilities projects, knowing the teams' space and needs across multiple different cities.

    Education & Experience

    Bachelor's degree, AA or equivalent experience.

    • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $47.75 and $71.65/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
