About the Position:*
As the Executive Director, you are responsible for leadership in all operational, educational, compliance, and administrative areas within our Newport News School. The Executive Director works directly with cosmetology students and staff to ensure the best educational experience. Responsibilities include overseeing all school operations, including the active oversite and participation in the student admissions and enrollment process, direct management of students, staff, salon clients, and community partnerships, conducting orientation, advising students, completing classroom observations, maintaining student and staff records, and addressing all issues pertaining to school operations. The salary for this position is $70,000.00 - 70,000.00 per year.
