Job Description:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of PEP’s office. The ideal candidate will be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products and have experience with calendar management and office organization. Duties/Responsibilities:
· Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and CFO.
· Performs clerical and administrative tasks for senior staff.
· Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
· Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives.
· Prepares and edits documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Suite.
· Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
· Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
· Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
· Maintains confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
· Performs additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.

Education and Experience:
· High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
