AUTOMOTIVE RECEPTIONIST

$15 - $16 per hour based on experience!

NO Weekends!

Monday - Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm

Harvey Automotive in Grand Rapids, MI has an immediate opening for a full-time Receptionist.

Responsibilities will include:

• Greeting our clients
• Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate people and/or departments
• General clerical duties - including accounts payable
• Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Office Manager
• Supporting other departments of our dealerships

Requirements - Receptionist:

• Dedicated to providing great customer service
• Must be dependable, have a professional appearance, computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen excluding marijuana.
