Responsibilities:
- Drive company vehicles for principals and family to and from appointments, meetings, and airports.
- Monday–Friday, with some weekends, are required. Be available, possibly at short notice, due to a demanding calendar.
- Maintain preventive maintenance on company vehicles. Inspect, gas up, keep vehicles clean, and keep records of service up to date.
- Run errands and carry out special requests.
- Assist with office tasks, maintain vending machine with snacks and drinks, Costco/BJ’s shopping for office and residence.
- Assist the client with additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience working with private families and/or retired law enforcement is a plus.
- Have a thorough knowledge of major streets, landmarks, and highways in NYC and Long Island.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Professional appearance with a pleasant demeanor.
- Strong command of English language, both written and verbal.
- With a valid NY State Driver’s License.
