Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our client's executive team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance, coordinate projects, manage calendars, and assist with event planning.
Duties:
- Organize and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing phone systems
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
- Support office management duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Nonprofit experience preferred
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Experience in event planning is a plus
