Position Summary:

As a Data Integrity Coordinator, your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our organization's Human Resources data. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining data quality standards, processes, and protocols across various data sources, systems, and departments.   

A Typical Day** might include:

• Routine Data validation in our UKG Ready HRIS system
• Routine Data Standardization between our HRIS system and ADP Workforce Now, iCIMS and other vendors
• Data Auditing: Conduct regular data audits to identify data quality issues, trends, and anomalies, and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Streamline data validation processes using data entry, validation tools, software, and scripts.
• Cheerful and effective collaboration with payroll and other corporate departments, as well as with our operations teams in the field.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve data quality issues reported by end-users or identified through monitoring, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Update relative stakeholders and management through regular reporting on data quality metrics and trends.
• Daily HRIS maintenance for onboarding, personnel changes, position management changes, approvals and updates.
• Other critical audits, reporting and maintenance for ACA, Benefits, Union/vendor benefits, and UKG/ADP data maintenance.
• Other ad hoc duties/projects as required related to data integrity

What makes you most qualified for this position:

• Experience working with people data: HRIS systems, payroll, etc. Huge bonus for UKG Ready and ADP Workforce Now, and/or iCIMS ATS.
• Wizardry level competencies in MS Excel
• Highly skilled with all other products in the Microsoft Suite, including Office 365 products
• Super important that you are skilled at prioritizing and multi-tasking in a high-volume environment.
• Insanely detail oriented balanced against superb people skills
• Demonstrated capability to adapt to change in a fast-growing company, working quickly, with an innate desire to learn.
• If you have a Bachelor’s degree, we will be delighted if it is in Business, Accounting, or Math (equivalent experience counts too!)
