Cultivate your horticulture career with Gnome! We’re seeking a responsible individual with supervisory skills and a strong working knowledge of plant materials to provide excellent landscape maintenance services for our residential accounts.
All applicants must have at least three years of hands-on horticultural training or experience including ornamental horticulture, knowledge of woody plants & shrubs, perennials, and annuals. A degree in horticulture is a plus but not required. A strong commitment to customer service, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail are required. Applicants must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, be able to operate and use all maintenance equipment and tools, and perform all physical requirements of the job. A valid driver’s license and passion for working outdoors are also required. The rate of pay for this position is commensurate with experience.
