Seeking Full-Time Seasonal Maintenance Team Member for Opportunity in Stable Industry

Property Maintenance, LLC www.crpropertymaintenancellc.com is currently seeking a diligent and reliable Maintenance Team Member to join our team in the Shawano, WI area. We are specifically looking for someone who thrives in team environments and has a passion for not only meeting, but exceeding, our customer’s expectations.

Position Overview:

• Maintains private and commercial properties in regards to landscaping maintenance services such as mowing and trimming yards, leaf and debris removal, mulching, weeding, and more
• Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including, but not limited to, spin trimmers, edgers, blowers, and mowers
• Ensures all laws, regulations, and company safety policies are strictly followed while driving vehicles and maintaining properties, and works to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Provides exceptional customer service by answering questions, responding to client requests, and managing reasonable changes to the job plan, all while exceeding customer expectations
• Assists the Maintenance Team Leader in completing necessary paperwork (timesheets, work orders, change orders, job sheets)
• Helps, as necessary, with the snow removal during the winter months which may include using heavy equipment, snow blowers, or shovels
• Maintains assigned equipment and notifies Mechanic of needed repairs or servicing

About Your Qualifications:

• One of more years of work experience in lawn maintenance (preferred, but not required)
• Holds a high school diploma or GED and is able to read and write
• Knowledge of general landscape maintenance practices
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and across uneven terrain for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail, especially in terms of safety protocols
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Talented in working cohesively as part of a team
• Current driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Capability to regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
• Ability to provide excellent references with respect to reliability and a strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time Seasonal
Hours: Varies per season 30-35 plus hours per week; Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m
