St. Ambrose University is seeking a motivated and experienced International Admissions Counselor responsible for recruiting, admitting, and enrolling international students. The successful candidate will serve as a primary contact for prospective international students and their families and will have extensive knowledge of the international admissions process, visa regulations, and the U.S. higher education system. They will be integral in advising students and the university on immigration regulations, visa compliance, and will contribute to the overall enrichment of international students' experiences at St. Ambrose University.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2 years of experience in international student services, admissions, or related fields in higher education.
• Knowledge of foreign education systems, international credential evaluations, SEVIS (Student and Exchange Visitor Information System), and U.S. immigration regulations.

University advising, admissions, marketing, or sales experience, proficiency in Arabic, Spanish, or other second language, and familiarity with Catholic higher education are preferred Individual must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, as necessary.
