Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Vendor Relations & Operations Manager to become a key member of our team in Lawrenceville, GA. This full-time, on-site position is integral to nurturing relationships with our vendors and members, uncovering growth prospects, negotiating contracts, and managing events. Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing our operational success and strengthening vendor alliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential vendors within the convenience store sector.
- Organize and oversee vendor meetings in conjunction with the Vendor Relations Committee.
- Negotiate contracts and determine terms of engagement with vendors.
- Summarize proposals from vendors and prepare Customer Merchandising Agreements.
- Manage the e-signing process for essential program documents (CMA and NDA) with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Effectively convey program terms and conditions to all relevant parties.
- Participate in and conduct business reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Territory Development Managers, Finance, and Legal, to ensure compliance and successful implementation of promotional initiatives.
- Review weekly metrics on vendor performance and proactively explore enhancement opportunities.
- Conduct site visits with Field Operations for compliance checks and data collection.
- Review and screen incoming candidates, coordinating interviews with the Chief Operating Officer.
- Assume additional responsibilities as needed.
