    You will be promoting the technical depth, longevity, and stability of our highly accredited Engineering Operations teams, who provide our clients with the assurance that their entire information technology infrastructure is in excellent hands. Client satisfaction is the foundation of our corporate success and your exciting future!

    To be successful in this role, you will need to:

    • Understand and be proficient in the tools, processes, and disciplines of a demanding Business Development environment.
    • Have a business-disciplined temperament and senior-level executive demeanor.
    • Be an excellent communicator – advanced verbal, written, and non-verbal skills.
    • Have broad (not deep) understanding of information technology concepts and terminology to smoothly uncover client pain points for our team to resolve.

    In addition, the following desired experience will be beneficial:

    • Corporate Operations, Financial, or Marketing experience is a strong positive.
    • Participation in competitive environments (sports, debate, chess, military, etc.).
    • Participation in volunteer or charitable endeavors.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Compensation

    We will provide you with training and financial support while you learn to promote our technical expertise to new clients.

    First year base salary of $55,000 - $60,000 plus a guaranteed $17,500 first-year minimum commission plan, which will take care of you while you work to learn and expand our business relationships in the first-year start-up. Second-year earnings are projected at $105,000 to $115,000 uncapped.
