Salary: $65,000/annually
Summary: The Labor Relations generalist position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and works closely with the Warden and other Executive Administration staff. The position assists with all matters related to labor relations, to include, but not limited to: grievances, contract negotiations, investigatory matters, complaints, and meet and discuss meetings. The position also serves in the capacity as a human resources generalist and will assist with orientation, onboarding, recruitment, hiring, and retention.
