We are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to plan and organize our company’s attendance at industry trade shows and on-line events. You will be responsible for all aspects of coordinating a successful event, including tracking of events, venues, booth materials, and coordinating travel when necessary. You will also coordinate and track on-line events such as webinars, podcasts, etc., and will work with the marketing team to evaluate success afterwards. An event coordinator must be well-organized and competent in task management. Communication skills and attention to detail are requirements for this position.
