Founded in 2009 by the Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino, Knowledge and Education for Your Success (KEYS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, private-public partnership, dedicated to enhancing access to supportive services for low-income residents in San Bernardino County. KEYS provides an array of services including case management to assist families and individuals in accessing existing resources and services within the County.
Role Overview: As the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of KEYS, you'll provide strategic leadership and manage operations to fulfill our mission of providing rapid re-housing intervention to economically disadvantaged individuals and families. Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Experience Needed: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Management or a related field. Masters degree preferred. At least 5 years of proven success in a Manager or Director level position within a public or non-profit agency. Must have proven experience obtaining funding and developing partnerships within the community.
Position reports directly to the Board of Directors with approximately 30 staff in the organization. Position is full-time on-site at office in San Bernardino.
