Top Legal Executive plans and directs all aspects of an organization's legal affairs. Ensures all business policies and activities are managed correctly and in compliance with current laws. Being a Top Legal Executive provides strategic guidance on legal issues, manages compliance and risk mitigation, reviews contracts, and handles other legal duties to protect the organization's interests. Uses a broad range of legal expertise and current knowledge to advise leadership on any regulatory changes or actions that may impact the business. Additionally, Top Legal Executive assists or represents the organization in business negotiations. May assist in the defense of the organization in lawsuits and the prosecution of lawsuits on behalf of the organization. Requires a JD. Requires State Bar membership. Typically reports to Top Legal Executive. Responsible for the development of functional or business unit strategy for the entire organization. We're a small, family-owned ice cream shop seeking fun and friendly people to work as Ice Cream Scoopers. Scoopers will be responsible for scooping several flavors of ice cream and making sure the store is clean and tidy.

We are looking for reliable individuals to join our team as a scooper/cashier. The ideal candidate is friendly, well-spoken and loves ice cream! The individual will be responsible for assisting customers with selecting menu items and maintaining stock levels throughout the day. As well as keeping up with cleaning.
Responsibilities:
- Take customers' orders and present the bill to them.
- Know the menu.
- Tell customers about the specials.
- Welcome guests to the restaurant.
- Communicate with other workers to ensure that orders are promptly prepared and delivered to customers.
- Handle payments and money.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
