Top Litigation Executive oversees all litigation related to an organization and ensures maximum protection of the organization's legal rights. Acts as a liaison between outside attorneys and in-house staff. Being a Top Litigation Executive directs cases through litigation cycle, reviews new files for coverage and liability issues, and develops a cost effective defense strategy. Consults with senior management to resolve issues and decide settlements. Additionally, Top Litigation Executive requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Requires admittance to a state bar. Typically reports to top management. The Top Litigation Executive manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Top Litigation Executive typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Top Dog Services is currently seeking professional contractors preferably with technical or telecommunications experience. Basic job duties include installing, testing and repairing satellite internet systems. Other duties include working closely with customers and utilizing a professional level of customer service skills on a daily basis. Position overview:
- Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather
- Follow installation specifications and maintain high-quality standards
- Comfortable working one-on-one with customers to discuss installation needs and willing to upsell products and services
- Install interior/exterior coaxial cable and ground wire and dig trenches
- Replace/repair defective parts and equipment ensuring systems meet code specifications
- Basic hand tool experience
- Able to meet physical requirements: climb & carry ladders, access small spaces, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, squat, kneel, bend, crawl and stand for long periods of time
