The primary duty of this position is to serve as the primary contact for clients and independent freight carriers and build a book of ongoing business via prospecting, networking and referrals. You are responsible for securing new clients, and maintaining and developing existing accounts. You are responsible for connecting shippers with qualified freight carriers to ensure freight is moving safely and efficiently from its origin to its final destination. You will provide your clients with the highest level of service and support in order to manage their business, grow their accounts and gain referrals.
