Job Description: Executive Director, HFA - Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Washington, IN, 47501

Skills Required:

• Rehab to Home experience
• Strong leadership and management skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care provided to residents
• Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and community partners
• Manage the facility's budget and financial performance
• Ensure that the facility is maintained in a safe and clean manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a skilled nursing facility
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to skilled nursing facilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, families, and community partners
