Being a Top Manufacturing Executive adopts process designs, technologies, and methods that maximize operational efficiency. Directs and participates in workforce or labor relations negotiations and planning activities. Additionally, Top Manufacturing Executive plans and forecasts resources for facilities, equipment, materials, technology, and workforce to ensure sufficient manufacturing capacity to support business goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to chief operating officer (coo) or top management. The Top Manufacturing Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.     What You'll Do
      Retain current clients.
    • Annually design and execute an individual business / sales plan.
    • Identify and understand client operations, risk and client goals/objectives. Clearly communicate those to underwriters and team members.
    • Help client make more informed decisions with respect to risk treatment options.
    • Lead the marketing effort.
    • Responsible for Client Accounts Receivables.
    • Adhere to all Parker, Smith & Feek systems and procedures, including active participation in Parker, Smith & Feek's commitment to quality management and control (PAR).
    • Achieve significant level of expertise and remain current.
    • Accept responsibility for final product and service to client.
    • Develop business partnerships with underwriters which have a high level of integrity, trust, honesty, and creativity.
    • Proactively assist team members in their career development as well as be available to help all others in their development.
    • Network within the community and centers of influence in order to recognize and maximize business opportunities.
    • Understand and adhere to core values philosophy.
    • Other projects upon management's request.

    You Should Have:
    • Ability to contribute positively to a team approach atmosphere.
    • 8 years commercial insurance experience
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Presentation and sales skills.
    • Strong technical knowledge.
    • Ability to utilize approved information technologies effectively.
    • State of residency Agent's and Broker's licenses and appropriate non-resident licenses as required.
    • College degree or CPCU preferred.
