Join our team as an Executive Communications Specialist and craft compelling writing for Insight's C-suite leaders. Develop and execute strategic communication plans for our executives and internal teams, reporting to Insight's Director of Global Brand and Communications. Create impactful messaging that aligns with Insight's brand and vision while splitting your time between dedicated coverage for one or more of Insight's C-suite leaders and day-to-day internal communications efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic communication plans and initiatives for Insight's C-suite leaders, including speeches, presentations, and other content.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute internal communication campaigns and initiatives that align with Insight's overall business objectives and ambition to be the leading Solutions Integrator.

• Write and edit various forms of communication, including emails, newsletters, intranet content and other internal and external communications.

• Support the development of messaging and positioning for Insight's key initiatives and programs.

• Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, team members and external partners.

• Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activity to inform communication strategies.

• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear and effective.

• Work closely with the executive administrative professionals to manage speaking engagements for some of Insight’s C-suite leaders.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.

• 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related field.

• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with C-suite executives and developing communication strategies for internal or external audiences.

• Knowledge of communication best practices and experience creating content for internal and external audiences.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication tools and platforms.

The base salary range for this position is typically $70,000 to $75,000 with benefits. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
