We are seeking an individual to assist with the daily operations of an Association Management Office. Property/ Association management experience is a PLUS but not required
Responsibilities:
This person will assist the Community Association Manager in managing numerous Homeowner and Condominium Associations. This includes attending Board meetings, going to properties to perform site visits, obtaining bids for the needs of the association along with handling any emergencies that may arise. This person works mostly with the vendors and reports directly to the manager. This person must be able to adapt to a fast paced, changing environment and go from one task to another quickly.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year Administrative Assistant experience.
Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel & Word- QuickBooks a plus
Ability to work independently.
Positive attitude and team player a must.
Speak English.
Must pass a background screening.
Property Management experience a plus.
