Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Commercial Loan Broker to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will handle loan originations, financing, and sales activities while working directly with clients. You will provide expert advice on commercial loan transactions, guiding clients through the intricacies of the industry.
What You’ll Do:- Manage loan origination, finance, and sales processes
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Provide expert consultation on commercial loan transactions
- Analyze and assess commercial loan opportunities
- Communicate and negotiate effectively to close deals
- Work independently from home while collaborating with our dynamic team
- Proven experience in commercial loan brokerage and sales
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong understanding of finance and sales principles
- Ability to evaluate commercial loan opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely
- Experience in commercial real estate is a plus
- Existing book of business preferred
