Has final approval authority for very large or significant loans. Additionally, Top Middle Market Commercial Loan Executive builds high-performance lending teams with coaching, development, and incentives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Middle Market Commercial Loan Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.     About Role

    • General Commercial AE generating new business and cultivating new customer relationships with Communications, Media, and High Tech companies up to 5,000 employees
    • Selling the entire Customer 360 Platform across a named set of Salesforce prospects

    They do this by...

    • Having a deep understanding of the way businesses operate, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level
    • Creating demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution
    • Uncovering business initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions across multiple lines of business
    • Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
    • Selling on value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
    • Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
    • Partnering with internal resources in order to drive additional value and expertise


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Average of 7-15 years of full sales cycle experience, with at least 3 in the field
    • Experience managing a list of 2-50 accounts, either 100% new logo or a combination of prospects and install accounts
    • Experience selling to the C-suite
    • Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers
    • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
