We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for the owner of Renown Mortgage with a high level of communication and service to him, his team, customers and business partners.

Note: 30% of the job includes things that are not on a job description but day to day task based on needs that specific day.

• Handle administrative needs of Executive
  • Answer Phone, Take Messages, book appointments with calls.
  • Arrange conference calls and meetings
  • Take meeting notes and send recap to participants
  • Plan work-related travel details
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Write Handwritten Cards
     
• Manage internal and external client and partner communication
  • Database Management
  • Manage Social Media Accounts
  • Coordinate Quarterly Client Appreciation Events
  •  
• Marketing
  • Monthly Mailer (design, and coordinate printing and mailing)
  • Email Blasts & Text Campaigns
  • Create Lists using our database to different segments of our client base
  • Create Content using Canva and Post to all Social Media Channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube)

​Qualifications:

• Very Strong organizational skills
• Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other similar roles
• Previous experience working in Customer Relationship Manager systems (Example: Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc...)
• Possess Positive and Can-Do attitude
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
