Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to facilitate effective prospecting initiatives.
- Generate and oversee a substantial volume of recruiting leads through various platforms, including email, phone, social media, and industry events.
- Engage potential clients effectively, cultivating interest and arranging demonstrations or appropriate follow-up actions to advance them through the sales process.
- Conduct video calls with prospects (camera on) to present and advocate for our services.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal team, ensuring prompt processing of all necessary documentation.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients after placements to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for future engagements.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and various departments to guarantee the seamless execution of deals.

- Willingness to guide clients through the complete sales cycle, including providing post-sale customer service as required.
- Availability to work during Pacific or Mountain Time Zone hours.

Compensation And Benefits
Starting salary: $59,000 plus commission. Adjustments to salary will be in accordance with local minimum salary thresholds for exempt roles.
