The Mill Top is looking for enthusiastic bartenders for the upcoming event season! Our clients come to us to celebrate one of the happiest days of their lives. The bartenders role is to keep the party going and keep it safe for everyone.
Typical shifts will be 10 hours long on the weekend.
The bar team will be responsible for setting up the bar area, conducting beverage service, and breaking down the bar area.
Schedules are flexible, you can decide which shifts you want to work.
Pay: $15 per hour plus tips. (including credit tips)
Requirements:
21 years of age or older.
Carry and maintain an Indiana Alcohol permit and Servesafe Certification.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
Strong customer relation skills.
Able to use point of sales devices and accurately handle cash transactions.
Able to setup and breakdown a bar.
Be proactive in maintaining or requesting supplies during service.
Able to work as part of a team.
