Laborer/Operator Duties:
- Drive and operate with competency any of the following; Backhoe, Mini Excavator, Excavator, Trencher, Skid Steer, Compaction equipment, and other similar equipment.
-Be capable of completing workflow documents related to permitting, mileage, work orders. As well as communication with necessary inspectors and local authorities to compete necessary work.
-Perform general construction work ( including physical labor) lifting materials on average up to 50 pounds under direction of supervisor.
-Maintain jobsite safety compliance at all times.
-Ability to work well with others
-Ability to receive instruction, provide feedback, and complete tasks safely and in the most time efficient manner possible.
-Positive attitude with attention to detail, and the desire to learn and grow.
-Operate small equipment and tools to include weedeaters, saws and brushcutters.
-Previous sitework/utility work a plus.
