A global multi-strategy hedge fund seeks an experienced Quantitative Researcher to contribute to research and development of systematic, short-term relative value strategies within futures and currency markets.

Responsibilities will include:

• Utilize sound financial insights and statistical techniques to analyze diverse data sets and extract predictive information and contribute to the entire investment process.
• Research and cultivate short-term signals for systematic trading strategies in commodities markets.
• Contribute to the enhancement and expansion of our proprietary research platform.
• Stay abreast of relevant academic research, cutting-edge technologies and tools

Qualified candidates will have:

• Demonstrated experience in computational, quantitative, or data-rich research roles, working with large and diverse data sets.
• Experience in developing short-term trading strategies in macro-markets such as futures, currencies, or interest rates.
• Technical proficiency, preferably in Python
• Experience with Time Series and/or Signal Processing is advantageous.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Physics or other technical, data-intensive fields.

Salary: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
