Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Operations and Strategic Initiatives who will oversee our operational processes, strategic planning, and implementation of technological advancements. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in telecommunications, IT management, and project oversight, demonstrating a profound ability to enhance operational efficiency, lead diverse teams, and drive organizational success through innovative strategies and process optimization.

Experience in operations, strategic planning, and telecommunications within military and private sectors. Proven history of enhancing operational efficiency, team performance, and organizational value through innovative strategies and technological integration. Strong expertise in IT and telecommunications systems, with a focus on strategic implementation and lifecycle management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership and Efficiency Optimization: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring all operations are aligned with organizational goals. Implement process improvements and technological solutions that enhance efficiency and profitability.

Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead the development and execution of strategic plans that support the organization's long-term goals. Analyze market trends and organizational performance to make informed decisions that drive competitive advantage.

Technology Implementation and Governance: Spearhead the adoption and governance of new IT systems and platforms, ensuring they meet the organization's needs and compliance standards. Utilize advanced technology to streamline operations and increase service delivery.

Team Leadership and Development: Direct and develop a diverse team of professionals to foster an environment of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaborative work culture.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and vendors, to support strategic objectives. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure transparency and alignment on key initiatives.

Budget Management and Cost Optimization: Manage the organization's budget, optimize costs, and prepare financial forecasts to support fiscal stability and growth.

Risk Management and Compliance: Oversee risk management strategies and maintain compliance with legal standards, cybersecurity protocols, and internal policies.
