Description

Under supervision obtains and completes all data relative to the registration process, admission forms and obtain signatures and insurance information and from patients, patient representatives, residents and clients. Obtains authorizations for inpatient and outpatient visits, processes payments and receipts, and controls cash box. Assists the Business Office staff with filing and mailings.

Hours: Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift Shift, 40 Hours Per Week.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training - Training in a Clerical setting.
• Experience in a clerical setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous mental health or medical office experience .
