JOB SUMMARY
As Director of Product Design, you will lead a team of Product and UI Designers in all aspects of the design process and across TeleTracking's entire product portfolio. In this player/coach role you will serve as a strategic thought leader, driving every aspect of design for our next generation platform.
The Director of Product Design is responsible for influencing and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across the organization: including senior leadership, product management, technology, end-users, and buyers.
While leading the design team and managing its day-to-day functions, you will also be responsible for creating compelling, consistent, and highly usable applications that exceed our users’ needs and expectations while continuing to evolve our platform experience. You will be working closely with clients, product managers, business stakeholders and development teams to make certain there is a clear understanding of the designed experience, and that maximum user value can be achieved.
As a valued leader within the Product team, you will be using your skills and insights in a collaborative, agile environment to deliver world-class solutions to complex problems across the entire healthcare ecosystem.
