What you’ll do:
Lifepoint Health has an opportunity for an Executive Director, Gateway Health, based in Danville, VA. In this role, the Executive Director leads the strategic execution of goals aimed at ensuring the long-term financial viability of Gateway. This includes fostering new membership growth, increasing top-line revenue for Gateway Health, maintaining positive EBITDA, and attracting and retaining key talent on the Gateway team crucial for advancing Lifepoint’s Mission, Vision, and Guiding Principles. Additionally, this leader serves as the Executive Director of the AdvantagePoint Health Alliance-Blue Ridge Clinically Integrated Network (CIN).
