Must have typing skills (at least 40 wpm), and know the basics if Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Have experience on the telephone and have a friendly, positive, flexible personality for dealing with Clients. Prefer someone who is really organized, a team player, honest, productive, hard-working, dependable, knows how to follow instructions, but also uses common sense. Be familiar with Macintosh and Windows computers.
Job involves a lot of telephone, calendar-setting appointments on the computer, scanning, organizing and filing documents, photocopying, mailing letters and other documents out to clients, faxing, putting together immigration packets, light research, letter writing, translation, interviewing people, and more tasks as needed. Experience preferred, but will train the right smart, fast learner. 2 References required. High school diploma is a minimum amount of education required.
