    • Guarantees employees’ time is coded accurately to include supervisor approvals.
    • Reviews employees' training to ensure training is completed in a timely manner.
    • Responsible for a variety of correspondence related to office management actions.
    • Prepares a variety of reports and briefings of statistical information.
    • Responsible for performing duties of Government Credit Card holder and maintaining required documentation.
    • Ensures documents are appropriately managed according to guidelines.
    • Provide administrative/clerical work for the Directorate.
    • Responsible for performing duties of Government Credit Card holder and maintaining required documentation.

    Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1.) providing administrative support through utilizing various office automation systems. 2.) Preparing a variety of briefs and reports. 3.) Reviewing documents for accuracy and handled within policy guidelines. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).

    Proficiency Required:This position requires a qualified typist. A qualified typist can type 40 words per minute based on a 5 minute sample with three or fewer errors.

    Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone-no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
