$12 an hour closing bonus (pay will increase depending on 90 day probationary period)

-Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions promptly to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible.
-Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary via phone or email.
-Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including inspections, appraisals, open houses and the final walkthrough, and prevent conflicts- when needed
-Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders to improve customer satisfaction ratings.
-Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
-Responsible transportation needed.
-Prior administrative experience - desired
-Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
- Light housekeeping, child care.
